RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
We understand that occasionally a purchase may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. We are here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
1. Stocking Items
Stocking items may be returned for a full refund, provided:
- Condition: All merchandise must be in its original carton, with all packaging materials and accessories included, and must not have been installed.
- Return Window: Must be completed within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Exchange Window: Must be completed within 60 days of receiving your product.
- Exclusions: Clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Stocking & Special Order Items
These items are subject to specific manufacturer return policies:
- Eligibility: Items must be un-altered, and in original packaging, and must not have been installed.
- Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
- Non-Returnable: Customized items are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected for a "resellable" condition:
- Approval: Items must be uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging.
- Issuance: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
- Bank Processing: Please allow 4-7 business days for your financial institution to process the credit.
