Lighting Design Highlight: Branson Lake Home

A Little Bit On This Home
On the front of this house, our lighting designers used gas lanterns from CopperSmith. They are a U.S. manufacturer of gas lanterns out of Foley, Alabama.
Interior Lighting Design
The whole home is lit indirectly with LED tape from LEDI. This is our number one LED tape supplier. Their tape is bright enough that we were able to use almost no can lighting in the areas where we used this product, which is a lighting design element we are using on almost all of our high-end homes. All of the interior lighting was provided by Troy Lighting. The ceiling fans are all Visual Comfort, specifically the Maverick ceiling fan
Exterior Lighting Design
You will see on the exterior hand railing we placed LED tape inside of those as well, allowing us to not have little 1" or 2" step lights like you would typically see on homes. This product was from another manufacturer, American Lighting, which is actually a Denver-based lighting manufacturer. Their product is amazing and can do so many cool things.
Lighting To Match the Decor
This home is almost entirely constructed of solid 12x12" wood beams, giving it a rustic modern vibe, so when our lighting designers set out to outfit the entire home in lighting, we used indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures that matched that look and feel.
